We live in the state of Wisconsin and my husband was asleep in his vehicle in the bar parking lot because he was too drunk to drive home. Someone called the police and he was arrested for OWI because he had the keys in the ignition. We really can't afford an attorney so I'm wondering if some advice could be offered as to what we should do in court for his hearing? He has a review of his driver's license suspension as well and we don't know what to do for that either. Any help? Thanks :)
