Hi, i from chicago,il and i'd like to know if the police entered my house with a search warrant for a certain person who also resides there and the officers didn't find what they were looking for,but in another persons room they find a gun,but they wrote the report up saying they found it in the room of the person they was looking for with mail in the room with that persons name on it,what gorunds do a person have to fight that,and if the owner of the house states that its his gun and they say no there not going for that,what advise do anyone have.
