I wanted to know if anyone knows if there is a statue of limitation for a domestic violence charge. If after a certain amount of time charges are dropped if someone with a domestic violence charge is not arrested or found? They have already been sentenced to probation but took off & after a certain amount of time will the court drop the charges or will they stay until this person is caught? thank you for anyone that could tell me.:confused:What is the name of your state?
