on the sheet they gave me at the jail the feild arrest data sheet, it says DUI drugs.
if the court site now says " M VC 23152(A) DUI ALCOHOL"
what does that mean? its the same charge? What is the name of your state?

23152 (A) is driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both (without a specific BAC). The court site just doesn't use enough letters to fully list the charge out.

23152 (B) is the per se DUI charge.
