He has been talking to a girl who is 17 and will not be 18 until January of 2008.
she is telling him that they can be together as in a relationship as well as intimately. He is torn between a girl he barely knows, and his friends telling him that it isnt right.
If she was to stay at his house, or they were caught "making out",
Could he be tagged a "sexual predator"?
Could he be charge with Stachatory Rape or even contributing to the delinquency of a minor?
Someone please shed some light on this very touchy situation.
