so my boyfriend was driving home and he was speeding and got pulled over heres the thing, we dont live in california., we live in washington state......The officer made him do a breathalyzer because he had an open container of beer in his car. He blew a .07 and was taken to jail to be in the holding cell. they released him with no bail and gave him a court date.. i just want to know whats going to happen next. is he going to have to go to jail or is he going to be slapped with a big fine? PLEASE HELP! Also, i need a good public defender in Yreka, CA.
