Ohio - Daughter recently convicted of DWI. She is 20 years old and lives at home (I'm her parent). After less than a month, she has started driving again even though her license is suspended. If she gets caught, does she go straight to jail, or is this a ticket type offense only for driving under a suspended license. Also, do I, as head of household, bear any legal responsibility for her ignoring the state's suspension of her driving privileges?
