Hello,
I was wondering if US customs / FDA ever prosecute individuals for brining in small amounts of prescrition (NOT controlled substances) medication into the US with or without a prescription.

Is it illegal, are there criminal penalties, and are they ever enforced against individuals?

Thanks for the info!

What the OP is really asking is if he could get away with buying drugs from Canada and selling them in the US for a profit.

Also OP. The American Canadian border is very long and very easy to cross.(Hell I've crossed it by accident a few times) If you cant smuggle drugs in you're an idiot.
