I don't think this question belongs in this section, but wasn't sure where else to post.. My husband got layed off from a company after working there for 13 years and the company doesn't plan to call him back because they are slowly going out of business. Anyhow, he has been trying to get his retirement pay out of them for a couple of months now and each time he calls them about it, they have some kind of excuse as to why he hasn't gotten it yet. Is there some kind of law about this or another place we could call to move things along? We live in PA. Thank You
