Hi All, This is what happened. My room mate and I decided to
go to a temporary service to earn a little money during
off time on our jobs we worked friday and saturday. I got
paid, my room mate did'nt and when he called the temporary service, they said the time card was never submitted to them
for payment, and they would have to wait for proof.
my room mate went back to the same company that monday to follow-up on the problem, they said they know he worked they just have to find the card. Is there someone else he should talk to,such as an accounting person? And how long should he wait before seeking legal help?
