What is the name of your state? GA

Okay My A/C is broken. Its been broken for almost a week. I've tried to contact my landlord on several different occasions but I can't get a hold of him. How long do I have to wait before I can call someone myself?


Keep in mind that I'm in Georgia and its Hot plus its humid.
