Manufactured housing problems PLEASE HELP

We purchased a 1998 doublewide and had it placed on a foundation. We are having problems with a wall in the upstairs starting to buckle and you can see trusses the whole way acrossed our ceiling. We just had a wall replaced not even 8 feet away due to water damage.(the manufacturer came out and fixed) Also...our foundation now has a crack on an end wall that we are concerned about. Our b asement floor is cracking to beat hell and our basement is constantly wet. We just recently connected to public sewage and in that time found what we believe to be the freanch drains broken and crushed. Do we still have legal grounds to go after the contractor for the foundation and do we have the right to go after the manufacturer of our home for all the problems upstairs? We are tired of our house falling apart! We live in PA.
