What is the name of your state? Penn

I'm not familiar with Pennsylvania law because I live in Georgia but...

Someone who is nineteen wants to fight someone who is seventeen. Is this assault on a minor. Also they're the same build and height if that makes any difference

I know here in Georgia you're assumed an adult at seventeen but I'm not too sure about Pennsylvania.

What on earth are you talking about?

The age issue is not what will come into play - it is the possibility of injury and the resulting civil and possibly criminal implications that EITHER party will face.

I suggest growing up and staying out of court, and out of the clink.

G.L., you wouldn't be surprised if you knew his post history.

His User ID was banned a few weeks ago. Here's an example:

He reregistered under the same ID somehow. I'm sure Admin will catch up with him.
