What is the name of your state? Kansas

My son had his DL revoked for a DWI in Kansas. He has waited the appropriate length of time without any further legal trouble and is now eligible to get a DL. He now lives in Missouri and would like to apply there but apparently must receive some sort of clearance or form from the state of Kansas in order to do so. He cannot find anyone who will tell him how to get this clearance. There is one phone number listed to call and no one ever answers it. Does anyone know what he should do?What is the name of your state?

You probably have to pay the $100 reinstatement fee and the $25 examination fee to restore the Kansas license before you can go get one elsewhere.
