I live in KY and a few weeks ago i was given two citations. One was for trespassing in the city park past closing and the second was for open containers. I was with four other people all of whom were over the age of 18, but only I was 21. The police also did not test anyone for alcohol levels. The police did not arrest me but said they could have if they wanted to.

So my question is, can I be convicted of contributing to minors even though I am going to court for the two citations I was given?

All help on this topic would be much appreciated.
