My exhusband has a warrart from Texas for Violation of Probation. He was on probation for non payment of child support, but never showed for his probation visits. He moved to Virginia and has been there ever since. My question is, if he was arrested in Virginia would he be exradited back here? I called the police dept. in Virginia today and they said that they would arrest him if Texas would extradite. Does anyone have any idea on how they determine if they extradite or not? And if this is considered a felony warrant?
