What is the name of your state? Washington

I was in a car accident and am now facing DUI charges. I blew a .17 at the police station.

I am just wondering what you think I will be looking at as this is my first offense and I am 20 years old. I am just glad no one was hurt. I want to get through this point in my life and move on. Thank you for your time.

Get a lawyer. Washington has pretty stiff DUI laws. Toughest in the nation really.

At .17, you're looking at a MINIMUM of 2 days in jail or 30 days of house arrest, thousands dollars of fines and court costs, a year of license suspension, a year after that of ignition interlock, and five years of probation.
