I was injured in 1992 and my worker's comp is still pending in New York. Worker's Comp has never paid me for any time out and not for my surgery that was done on my shoulder - I have not gotten any help from my lawyers for info and another surgery is necessary. Shouldn't worker's comp pay me for time out? We have not reached a settlement yet and I wasn't sure if I will need to reimburse the lawyers I have had for 9 yrs now if I try to find another one who will produce results for me. I don't want to get stuck getting billed if I drop them at this point.
