What is the name of your state? NC i have ben charged by an ex with multiple things comunicating threats ,assault and stalking which i was found not guilty of or the DA dismissed them she wrote bad checks on a account signed my name over several years and i paid them off but i was convicted of simple worthless checks on those because i was married to her will any new employer ever hire me I have been on my current job for eight years :(

You shouldn't have pled guilty to the bad checks if you didn't write them. Doesn't matter if you were still married; that doesn't make you guilty. Who knows if you'll be hired in the future. I recomend full disclosure to any potential employer, and maybe pursue expungement.

You should be able to get the files expunged on the charges you were found not guilty of as well as those which the DA dismissed.
