What is the name of your state? California

My son is in the Nevada prison system. He was going to get out soon on
house arrest, but the parole board said he couldn't because he has 3 arrest warrants
from California out on him. Is it possible to serve his sentences concurrently? If so,
how do I go about getting it started and do I need a lawyer to handle it? Thanks

The warrants are not part of a conviction, and NV is not part of the CA penal system. Sorry, but he's going to have to answer in CA when he's done in NV.
