There is a Dodge pickup truck that does not run parked in my yard. It belonged to my ex-wifes deceased father. I have no title and the truck was finaned with a loan company. I have been trying for over a year to get the finance company to pick up the truck. Is there some way I can force the finance company to either pick up the truck or give me a lien release so I can obtain a title and sell it? Or is there a way I could charge the finance company storage charges?
