What is the name of your state? FL
Dear Sirs, I was stopped and arrested because of DUI one month ago inj Florida, and the police took and still keep my I-94 (VISA WAYVER) and European drivers License. I don't know which is my legal status now, I should wait in US until going to Court? Can they keep my European drivers license? Can I go back and come back for court?

I would go back to europe. Its not worth staying and dealing with all the trouble your in.
