False Impersonation to deceive an officer. The officer said it was a class 1 misdemeaner. He even said class 1 carries a year in jail or 500$ fine or both. But then he went on saying thats not probably gonna happen to you. I got off on a personal recognizance bond the night i got arrested. So my question is what am i really gonna have to face?
