What is the name of your state? Georgia

I am trying to find out if Georgia has a "dui by consent" law. This law is called different things in different states but basically it is when a passenger can get charged with a dui for letting someone who is impaired drive. In some states, you can also get one if you let an imparied person drive your car, even if you aren't in it. Some of you might recall Steve McNair, QB of Baltimore Ravens, being charged w/ this in Tennessee several months ago. I looked through the Georgia code and could not find anything on it. Just wondering if anyone knew the answer to this. Thanks for your time.
