I signed a consignment agreement with an RV dealer to sell my RV. The agreement was dated 8/10/200 - 9/10/2000. The contract did state that I am responsible if they have to do any repairs. The RV sold on 10/12/2000 a month after the signed agreement ended. The dealer sent me a check for the agreed amount.

I get a call yesterday 1/18/2000. The dealer says he forgot to charge me for some repairs and I owe him money. I say I do not and that he screwed up and forgot to charge me so I am not responsible for those repairs. Should I pay him or tell him to leave me alone?
