In plain English, what do these two statements mean?

A. Person, as a party defendant in this action being sued by Plaintiffs, is subrogated to the rights of the Plaintiffs as against B. Person, including without limitations to the rights of Plaintiffs to seek reimbursement and repayment from B. Person of any and all the sums given or paid by Plaintiffs to B. Person.

Also,

In the event and to the extent Plaintiffs prevail in this action against A. Person, A. Person is entitled to judgment as against B. Person based upon his subrogation rights.

Thanks,
