Thanks for your reply. I asked if I should proceed to an attorney or wait for the EEOC to reply. In my long letter I stated that I have been to the EEOC and what the "climate" was there. I have sent the investigator more information regarding the fact that another person in the same position as I had made worse mistakes than I, involving dealing with the public. She is black and her mistakes are always overlooked. My mistakes didn't involve the interaction with the public, which I handled very well. They involved the complicated computer program which I was untrained for and set up to make mistakes.
