I was injured on the job in Dec. 99.
I have been treated and had surgery, to no avail. The problem is still there, and therapy only makes it worse.
My question is this..
I was performing a job my employer knew I didn't have the license to do. Can I hold them legally respons. for any damages in a law suit ???
I live in Mississippi.
Any info would be appreciated.
