What is the name of your state? Indiana

I received a second DWI in the state of Indiana in August of 2005 and got my license back in April of 2007. I was required to file an SR22 for three years, I believe, but my insurance lapsed and I received a notice from the BMV that my license has been suspended until August of 2009. If I purchase a new insurance policy and file an SR22, will my license be reinstated at that time or am I out of luck until 2009? If I can't get my license back until 2009, what are my options regarding a hardship license?

Please help!
