A minor had a party while her parents were out of town. On her property two groups of people started a fight. It escalated until two male minors from one group were stabed by members of the opposing group. They were both airlifted and one of them is in critical condition. Both groups had a mix of minors and legal adults. The minor who had the party was told that she may be charged because it was on her property. What type of things might she be charged with?

The minor will be charged with whatever crimes the DA deems appropriate (if any). I suspect the minor will be criminally liable only for any alcohol-related laws that might have been violated. Unless the minor also encouraged or participated in the fight, they won't be charged with anything related to it.

However, the minor and the parents might be liable for civil damages from the injured parties ... mom and dad are NOT going to be pleased!
