I live in pennsylvania and Im seperated. and my ex signed a 8332 to let me claim one of our two children. My question is my suport payment is broken down to 647.00 child support and 120.00 a month child care. can I claim the 120.00 a month I pay for child care on my taxes? now the only thing she takes them to a privite baby sitter. so do I have to put a provider on my taxes and what if the baby sitter does not claim it? or can I claim my ex as the care giver seeing my monthly child care is going to her?
