My sister had a baby, got fired

My sister had a baby. She was to go back to work on Tuesday. Her boss told her yesterday she didn't have a job anymore...Help...What should she do..He had made comments before to her when she got pregnat that she wouldn't be able to do her job because now she would have 2 kids. She worked from home 3 days a week and in the office 2 days a week. She did her job, and did it well. Someone else is doing her job now. HELP
