What is the name of your state? I'm from California but I got the ticket in Nevada
I got stopped by a police man while walking back to my rental house in Nevada. He said I was walking as if I was intoxicated and breathalized me. I blew quite a high BAC and I was cuffed. He wrote me up a ticket for Minor in Consumption and then drove me home and dropped me off. I have a court date, but it says I don't have to appear if I pay the fine. Does anyone know how Nevada laws work? If I pay the fine does it go away?
