What is the name of your state? Maryland

What is the statue of limitations of a DUI/DWI in Maryland from the date the offense occured? For both felonies, and misdemeanors

What is the difference between a felony DUI/DWI and a misdemeanors DUI/DWI?

Thanks.

There's no felony DUI/DWI in Maryland. They are all misdemeanors. There are some vehicular manslaughter that is a felony.

There is no statute of limitations on felonies in Maryland.
For misdemenaors it's two years.
