My boat is still under warranty, but I have a hull defect.The boat company requested me to send them pictures and they would have the engineneers look it over and would get back to me in a few weeks. After a month I called them back and was told that the company has filed bankruptcy. Where do I start to do the right thing? I live in New Hampshire Bankruptcy was filed in Illinois.
