I am in Florida. I bought a used GMC Jimmy. When I
purchased the vechicle, I bought a 84 month/100,000 mile
warranty. On my bill of Sales it state 84mo/100,000.
However, on the warranty page the 84/100,000 was marked
through and 60/72,000 was written.

I discovered this when I took my veh. in to get repaired
at 73,000 miles. Warranty company told the shop my warranty
had expired. I called the dealer from which I purchased
the vehicle, they said that "someone called and spoke to
someone" and told us (either my wife or me) of their mistake; their mistake was a misquote of warranty price.

Neither I nor my wife ever received a phone call nor is
any person's initial's on the paper where the change was made. The deal does not want to give me the warranty
for which I was initially quoted.

The veh. was purchased in June 1998.

Please help.
