What is the name of your state? Texas

My son's fiance will be 18, January 08, but is planning on leaving home without consent of parents. They know, but are against it. My son is in Iraq on deployment.
Her dad began abusing her when she found out he was doing porn, and he's a preacher. Or SUPPOSED to be! He shoves her, pushes her, has grabbed her by the throat, and I've heard him call her names when I was on the phone with her.
If she leaves and comes to I and my husband, is there anything I can do to protect us for 'harboring a minor', other than dragging it through court, and/or involving CPS? She also has 7, and 13 year old brothers. The 13 yr. old is austistic. Her mom doesn't try to prevent her dad from doing anything. She said she is so scared of her dad.
What can we do to help her? What can they do to us?

THANKS!

You can encourage her to stay where she is until she is 18, when she will not be dragged back home as a runaway and you will not be in legal trouble for aiding and abetting her.
