my husband was involved in an auto accident (not his fault),
while driving a company vehicle. long story short, he was injured, the other driver had no insurance, the company put him on comp, as he needed surgery and is now in the process of a long slow rehab and recovery. my question is, under pennsylvania law, while collecting comp, is it possible to sue the employer's insurance company, under the uninsured motorist clause, for pain and suffering?
