am i still on my provisionals

i was in volved in an accident 3 months into my 6 month provisional period.we were both found guilty for our tickets however the other person involved was named primary cause of the accident. was charged with not using my headlights and he was charged with entering traffic when it wasnt clear and failure to yield right of way to oncoming traffic.did this reset my 6 months or am i okay to drive people.

That's a question you'll have to ask the DMV. I have no idea how provisional licenses work in MD.
