What is the name of your state? Virginia

My husband, child and I were involved in an accident that was caused by two other cars. I was diagnosed with whiplash, however our car has only minimal damage.

My husband is self employed as a heavy truck mechanic and I work with him as a helper since he has no other employees. I do not receive a check from him but we work as a team and file appropiate taxes. I have no idea how I would determine loss of wages for myself. Can anyone help????

If you and he are co-owners of the business, you could claim based on a percentage of the business' profits last year (whatever percentage you own).
