In Texas, my father passed away 7 months ago & his will has already gone through probate. There was a clause that read as follows: "I leave the following special gifts: SEE ATTACHED LIST, should he or she survive me by thirty days." There was no list filed with the will. Shouldn't there have been a list if the will stated that there was? Wouldn't the probate hearing have questioned about where the list was? the paragraph is worded strange as it is! How would I find out @ the list since the courthouse has nothing on file & my stepmother tells me that it is all none of my business? Please help me Sincerely Lost N Hurt
