I am wondering if someone with knowledge of juvinelle drug laws could give me an idea of what to expect the prosectors to reccomend as punishment for a first time drug offense. one extasy tablet and one xanac was found in a bag of clothes that belonged to a juvinelle passanger. there was beer and mariguana buts or roaches found in the floorboard of the owner's vehicle who was 18. The kids were obviously on there way to or home from a party......

i don't have a number that i can read from the citation that was given. Possesion of a controlled substance is what is readable and Xanac written out to the side of that. no notice to appear has been received...
