What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania (where record was created)

I am 23 years old and I will be going through the process to get my gaming license for a Casino in Indiana. I have a felony on my juvenile record. Will this show up in my background check by the IGC (Indiana Gaming Commission)? The crime was a marijuana charge committed when I was 16 charged when I was 17.

Why is that it has been expunged?
I don't understand the question since it isn't in standard English.

Have you had the offense expunged? If so, it probably won't show up on an NCIC check. If it hasn't been expunged, it will show up when the state runs your info for your gaming license, even though the offense occurred as a juvenile. Juvenile records are not automatically sealed, contrary to popular belief. You need to request expungment from the Court that dealt with your charges.

When you were interviewed, did you tell them about the arrest? If not, and they find out later, the casino won't hire you. Even if IGC gives you a license, the casino won't want a dishonest person as an employee since they want someone they can trust to be honest. If you told them, and it's on your record, you could be hired anyway.

As a probation officer, I have former clients who now work down at French Lick at the casino even though they have juvenile records, and those records weren't expunged. (If they had applied for expungment, I'd know since my judge would have asked me about their behavior while on probation.)

...

I went through the process of having it expunged three years ago. On the application it asked if I have ever been convicted of a felony, which I checked no. My lawyer had told me to do so, if ever asked, after it being expunged. I have since then had got my license to carry a concealed weapon and had many jobs, I am just wondering if this situation is different because it is the IGC.
