If asked, Have you ever been convicted of a felony?

If I have on my juvenile record, do I have to answer yes on my gaming license application?

I was told by my lawyer I am always to answer No.

A gamming license? Didn't know that legs needed license. But then again Mary Hart has hers insured so I guess it is possible.
