I have a TSA from a previous job in N.C. I am not currently working and could really use the money but was told the penalty for withdrawing this money would be high. There's only about $1200 in the annuity, I'm only 41yrs. old and I don't plan to work for the government or a non-profit agency so I can't contribute any more $ to this TSA. I put the money into it. Is there anyway I can get my money back? Thanks for any advice. I live in Texas but I don't guess that makes any difference.
