last year, around Sept, i changed my w-4 form from "married-fed-0 and state-0" to married- fed-1, state-1, but when i got my w-2 form back it read single- 1, 1, is this a major error that will keep me from filing my taxes? or does by changing my fed and st status to 1 automatically make me single? i'm very new at this?

question #2
i only work one job, but last year for one day i worked at this temporary agency. i have not received a w-2 from them and i was just wondering if i could go ahead and file without it. It wasn't much $ maybe $45 for that day.
