I work for a truck manf. in Ohio. I have been off work on Workers Comp. for 13 months and I am returning to work on 3/01/01. The company has announced a 500 hundred employee lay off on 3/05/01. I will be one of those to be laid off. Since I have been off for over a year on Workers Comp., does that interfere with my unemployment benefits? I will be returning to work without and restrictions. ( My injurey is herniated disc L-4,L-5.)
