Interest Free Financing Offer

What is the name of your state? Texas

I received an offer in the mail for 12 months interest free financing. No where on the flyer was any wording about credit check. Now when it comes time to talk about money, the company is telling me that because of my credit I don't qualify for the interest free offer. Can they do this?

Check your credit reports. If you have a hard credit check, sue them. If its soft, then its legal.

Where did you come up with this crap? If the OP applied for credit, the creditor can do a full credit check.
