Depends on the size and complexity of the estate plan. A simple will should not run more than 300 to 500. If you start getting into trusts and other issues, then plan on spending at least 2500. It will be some of the best money you have ever spent.

I agree that it is generally money well spent. I, also, believe it can be money not spent well, in some cases. Many people can be talked into trusts when they might have a simple situation, that a simple will can suffice.
