What is the name of your state? New Hampshire/Massachusetts.
I am a minor, who has recently moved out of my fathers house in NEW HAMPSHIRE. I moved in with my mother in MASSACHUSETTS. In 2005 my father purchased me a bed room set, and now I am planning on taking it with me to my new house. My step-mother says that my father will not let me take it becuase I did not purchase it. Would I be wise to bring it to court, let it go, or just go take it?
